67 years old; resident of Topsfield, MA. Former President and General Manager of Eastman Gelatine Corporation (subsidiary of Eastman Kodak). Past President and current Board Member of Ministry of Money (deals with money issues from a biblical/spiritual perspective), Past Chairman of the Board of Faith at Work; Trustee of Gordon College, Past Senior Warden in his local Episcopal Church, and much more.

Frank says he grew up with a "deeply ingrained sense of responsibility" and "never expected to be wealthy." He sees the excessive gap between corporate salaries and average workers' salaries as a destructive trend. He believes Responsible Wealth "can serve a vital educational role in raising awareness of the problem...no problem is ever solved until it is recognized and articulated." Frank plans to be involved in the educational component of the project, and is one of a dozen members taking part in Responsible Wealth's media training.
